Don Edwards brings over a decade of property management experience to the Axis team. He offers valuable insight with a competitive advantage when evaluating, managing, and stabilizing commercial real estate assets. Beginning in 2008, Don started his property management career with Bozzuto Management in Northern Virginia. In 2010 he took the opportunity to advance his career and began working with Van Metre Companies in the D.C. Metro Area. Don has managed lease-up campaigns, renovations, and the repositioning of properties across multiple asset classes. Don joined with his business partners Alex Henderson and Max Molloy in November of 2018. Since then, Don has repositioned and stabilized over 450 multifamily units with a value in excess of $35,000,000 throughout the southwest Florida market.  Don received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University in December of 2007. In continuing his education, he earned his ARM certification and is also a licensed Florida real estate agent.

Together with Don Edwards and Alex Henderson, Max is a general partner of Axis Property Management. His role is to provide valuable market insight and data to property owners in real time. Max gravitates towards the numbers, by implementing management strategies to run properties more efficiently. As a commercial sales associate with Fischler Property Company Max assists both Buyers and Sellers of commercial investment property on a day to day basis, throughout the Southwest Florida Marketplace. Helping property owners understand what today’s Buyers want, by bridging the gap between Buyers and Sellers expectations, is his strong suit. Besides data, he is in charge of new business development and client consultation when implementing overall property improvement strategies. Max has local knowledge and experience, and is dedicated to servicing his clients needs to an unparalleled standard.

Alex joined partners, Don Edwards and Max Molloy to form Axis Property Management. The partnership is built on a foundation created in 2018 by the trio involving numerous consulting and management assignments. Alex brings existing networks and contacts to Axis from his primary occupation, selling investment real estate with Fischler Property Company. His role at Axis is new business retention and assisting with strategies for repositioning assignments. Alex is committed to bringing the highest level of service to property owners alongside his partners in an effort to increase cash flows and property values.
